Your brand on a professional, OEM-style power-assisted bicycle label. "OEM-style" describes the finished appearance (a clean, factory-looking frame label) not manufacturer authorisation of any kind. Built from our production label template: your logo in the brand block, the bilingual POWER-ASSISTED BICYCLE / BICYCLETTE ASSISTÉE header, and your own declared MAXIMUM POWER (W) and MAXIMUM ASSISTED SPEED (km/h) figures. Printed on reflective vinyl with a protective clear coat.
Who this is for
- E-bike shops and dealers putting a consistent, branded identification label on every bike that leaves the floor.
- Custom and small-batch builders whose frames each carry their own power and assisted-speed figures.
- Rental and fleet operators standardising one identification label across a fleet.
- Importers and distributors ordering dealer packs to prep inventory under one brand.
What makes this the dealer edition
| Element | What you get |
|---|---|
| Brand block | Your logo vectorised from the file you send, plus your brand wordmark, set into the label's brand zone. |
| Performance data | Bilingual MAXIMUM POWER / PUISSANCE MAXIMALE and MAXIMUM ASSISTED SPEED / VITESSE ASSISTÉE MAX. lines carrying the figures you supply. |
| Variable data | Different wattage or speed figures across a single pack. Tell us the split at intake, at no extra charge. |
| Marks zone | Reserved for marks you supply and are entitled to use. Any certification or reference marks that appear on your label are reproduced from artwork you supply and are entitled to use. They are not independently verified by us, and we do not issue, validate, or certify compliance marks of any kind. |
| Footer | LABEL MADE IN CANADA / ÉTIQUETTE FABRIQUÉE AU CANADA. The label is printed in Canada. This says nothing about where the bicycle was made. |
| Material | Reflective vinyl with a protective clear coat. |
| Size | 4 in × 1 in as standard. Other sizes are quoted at intake. |
| Brand setup | Included in every pack price. Artwork preparation is not billed separately. |
How it works
- Choose your pack size. Brand setup is included. There is no separate artwork charge.
- Send your details at intake: logo file, brand name, maximum power in watts, maximum assisted speed in km/h, any model or serial line, and any marks you supply.
- We vectorise your logo and build one proof from the production template.
- You approve the proof. Nothing prints until you do.
- We print and ship, and keep your approved artwork on file so repeat orders and new power/speed variations start from the master you already signed off.
Not sure which product you need?
If you are replacing one missing or damaged label rather than branding your own bikes, the Ontario E-Bike PAB Frame Label is the cheaper and adequate choice. Same template, no logo setup, reflective 2-pack from $89.99 CAD. Choose this dealer edition when your own brand, a brand-specific proof, and repeat dealer or fleet consistency are part of the job.
What this product is not
- It is not an original manufacturer certification label, and it is not a government approval.
- It does not certify that a bicycle meets any standard. It reproduces information and artwork you supply and stand behind.
- Any certification or reference marks that appear on your label are reproduced from artwork you supply and are entitled to use. They are not independently verified by us, and we do not issue, validate, or certify compliance marks of any kind.
- Requirements for e-bike and power-assisted bicycle identification labelling vary by jurisdiction and are under ongoing regulatory review. Confirm the current requirements that apply to your bicycle and jurisdiction before relying on any label.
- Ontario's Highway Traffic Act s.62(17) separately calls for red reflective material of at least 250 mm × 25 mm at the rear of a bicycle and white reflective material on the front forks. This 4 in × 1 in frame label does not satisfy that requirement. It is an identification label, not a rear reflector.
