How It Works

Peel the backing, position the decal on a clean dry surface, and press from the centre outward to push any air toward the edges. Pull the transfer tape back slowly at a shallow angle — about 30° — and the vinyl stays exactly where you placed it. No special tools. No heat gun required for flat panels. If an edge lifts during tape removal, press it back down and continue. When the decal eventually comes off, cast vinyl releases cleanly without tearing the clear coat on painted metal or fibreglass.

Why It Works

Cast film is manufactured flat and stays dimensionally stable through the temperature swings that cause cheaper material to shrink, edge-lift, or crack — a real factor in Canadian climates where a truck door panel can swing 60°C between a January morning and a July afternoon.
